ENGLISH HELP PLEASE! NEW SUBSCRIPTION STATUS

8 days ago I bought the subscription via internet for DSL. Until today I didn't get any response or information. I cannot contact the hotline or in the o2 shops nobody is able to provide me information what is the status.

The only message I got was "Ihre Bestellung bei o2".
