I have made my contract at 29.01.2019 and i wouldn't pay 39,99 for Einmaliger Anschlusspreis - 29.01.2019 in my first invoice because my contract signed in January and it would be free. At least dealer told me like that. Can you please review and refund this amount.

I have looked into the matter and the installation fee is not free, but the Entertainment Pack was free for one month (thus the deduction of 39.99 EUR on the first invoice), it ended automatically.
That's what I can see based on the data we have, if the dealer in a shop told you otherwise you can contact the shop where you signed the contract.
