it is quite long time, my internet connection is very slow, lower than 5Mbit/s. sometimes it is only 500kbit/s for download. i have to disconnect all things, power off, then it can back to about 5000kbit/s. i have visited a O2 shop and i was told in the last year, you have make a complete replacement of dsl modem, but our device has been over 10 years, no replacement. please resolve the problem asap.
if i terminate the dsl and take the phone numbers (3 phone numbers), how much should i pay when termination?

i have tried to call to the phone number you have given, but i cannot find any information for the contact number. and by now i have been waiting over 15 minutes, it is always in music!
after a short connected and then transferred to another one, another 20 minutes past, music and music.
in fact i have tried to shut down the modem. disconnect the telephone line from the soket on the wall, then reconnected. it increases the speed a little, and the max. download speed is only max. 5Mbits/s.
i would like to make a new tarif. from O2 page, the offer for the O2 Kunden is quite favourable, for example, HighSpeed-Surf VDSL 50.000 O2 DSL All-in L, first 3 month is 4,99€ mtl, from 4th month, it is 19,99€ mtl, from 13th month, 24,99€. HomeBox is 2,00€, (FB 7490 is 29€).
but when i logged in, everything cpmes back to its original price: no any discount (Vorteil).
another question, if i terminate the dsl contract, and bring the 3 phone numbers, how much i´ll pay when termination?
