Dear O2 team, I got a contract of DLS for my apartment and I received and email telling me that I need to program a visit of one of the technicians to activate the service, I have tried to arrange it by O2 telephone line, but it has been imposible for me, could you help to program the appointment in order to activate the service and do not have problems because a possible cancellation ? my DSL number XXXXXXXXXX.

if a date for an apointment is necessary then I recommend to call or DSL department by phone. We can not promise that we will see your thread here in the forum in time and especially changing a date may raise some further questions which are better discussed and solved in a real time conversation.

As far as I can see you alrady contacted the DSL department and a new date could be fixed :-)
