Hi 

I wanted to terminate my contract  at the end of the contact (don't want to renew it) 

I have send 3 letter till now and didn't get any answer yet

Is there any phone number to track the status of my contract or confirm the cancellation ?

What should I do else to cancel my contract ?

Hi,

you can show at mein o2-> Produktinformation if the contract is terminate to the end of contractdate, maybe try to press "Produktwechsel" if there is a notice that you have terminate your contract all is right, if you can change your contract something is wrong.

Also you can call the hotline for more information but remember that you must understand german for the computer voice menu.

If the termination not do right you can use the "Kündigungsvormerkung" o2.de and call after confirmation the displaying phonenumer to confirm.
