Hello,

I've a DSL Young 50Mb/s contract.
I'm now moving to a new flat, and over the procedure to change address for the new flat, looks like 50Mb/s speed is not available on the new address. How can I solve this problem or check if possible to keep the 50Mb connection?

    Hi,

     you can offer your move to the new adress, online or by post or by fax, o2 will write at wich date your connection will travel and wich speed you can get, if they don´t can offer 50 Mbit you can get a lower speed connection or maybe you can end your contract but i don´t know if this a possible option, for this you must wait at the o2 letter/ o2 mail.
