Dear Sir/Madam,



I called you for three times and every time the phone was closed while I am speaking, I don't know why!! I can't just keep calling and waiting for 30 minutes until somebody answer me! sorry but it is really hard.



I have monthly contract with 16 Mbit/s but the maximum speed in my suburb is just 6 Mbit/s but at my home it is just

0.27 Mbit/s for downloading " I don't know why?? I have this connection from one week and it is like that from the first day.



Please answer me as soon as possible.



I have attached the file with the speed measurement.
