Hello.



I've recently ordered a DSL service for my apartment via de o2 site. Everything went normally and I created an account with my email address. Afterwards I was able to login and see my order details in the o2 website.



However a few days later, when I went to check again for my technical visit date, I was not able to login again. At all. The site claimed my credentials were invalid and attempting to reset my password resulted in similar errors. I had to create another account (with the same email address, by the way) in order to be able to post this question.



I have no idea what went wrong. I have no idea if I still have an appointment. I have no idea if I'll be charged for the services I ordered. I do have two confirmation emails with some order details which I can provide if requested.



As you can imagine I'm pretty annoyed that I'm already frustrated with o2 before even becoming a customer, and I'd love to get some details on the status of my order.

I had a look into this. May it be possible that you first registered on the online portal and late on our online forum? In this case it may happen that you have to register twice.

I also found that you by today may already have recieved an mail or email that further information regarding the former tenant of this flat is needed.

If you have not already, please contact our customer service regarding this. If you do not speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does since we can't promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
