I am receiving an invoice and billing notices in April 2018 for o2 DSL service that was terminated on 2018.01.31.



How can this be?



The telephone number from the o2 DSL service was successfully ported to the new service provider in January 2018. And the o2 customer support documentation says that the new provider will always cancel the contract with o2.



You should get in contact with the new provider!
