My DSL contract has been activated from 30/01/2019. The technician came to my house to install and gave the connection. The problem is I haven't received the DSL router through DHL yet. My name was not correct on the mailbox as I recently moved so DHL sent the router back to the sender (O2). I have been trying to call O2 on the hotline but no one speaks English. I hear a German recording. What should I do? I have the DHL tracking code for my DSL router.

as far as I can see you already contacted our customer service and a new router is on its way to you. Please make sure that your name is written on the mailbox so the router can be delivered this time ;-)
