Hi. I have a big problem about DSL contract. I do not know any Germany word but I want to extend my DSL contract. I opened o2 extending contract website, but it did not work. I also asked the online service to help me,they replied to me: I must call hotline 089 787 979 400. But the call always were busy or nobody replied. Then what should I can do? I am very worried about my DSL. The contract will end on September 8th. My work mainly depends on the web. Could you please help me? Thank you very much.😂
