DSL Order

I ordered DSL-Tarif o2 my Home L on February 28. That day, I received an email with a link to the status of my order. That link does not work ("502 - Gatewayfehler").

Today, I have just received an email from o2. o2 wrote that they tried to contact me by phone, however, I never received a call. The letter requests information about the previous tenant of the flat. I know zero information about the previous tenant or previous connection. Can you please help me to solve this problem? What is the status of my DSL order? Thank you.

- Daten des Vormieters
- Vor- und Nachname
- Anbieter des Vormieters
- Rufnummer und Kündigungsdatum
Ohne Ihre Rückmeldung können wir den Auftrag allerdings nicht ausführen. Die Freischaltung Ihres O2 DSL-Anschlusses wird in diesem Fall dann nicht möglich sein.
Wir würden uns freuen, Sie bald als neuen Kunden begrüßen zu können und bitten um eine Antwort innerhalb der nächsten 10 Tage.

Hello @kjsmi,
if you recieve a letter asking fopr more information I can only recommend to get in touch with our DSL customer service so any occuring questions can be naswered without delay.
If you do not speak any german at all I suggest to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an eglish speaking agent.

How do I navigate the phone line? The options are in German. What numbers should I press to speak to an agent?

Pls say nothing at all if you are asked for your mobile or landline number. You will get connected after being asked for this information three times.
