My DSL is not working since 2 days ago, the red light shows under "internet" and "info". I asked for help and the person told me to reset the DSL, and type in the zugang-pin, however I don't know which is the zugang-pin, I don't think that I have received any. It would be great if anyone can help me with my problem,

well, that looks a little bit confusing, even for me. As far as I can see you moved to a new address a while ago and that went not as smooth as it should have.

You recevied a new router som time ago. Are you using the new router? Or the "old" one? If yes, please use the new one and send the old one back to us.

If the connection with the new router should not work please call the technical DSL hotline. If you do not speak any german I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.

The information for connecting to the internet was sent to you via email or postal mail, please also have a look in your spam folder. It should be the same information that you used with the old router.
