Sorry i dont understand your question. 0800 5251378 ist the servive Hotline for technical problems with the DSL Line. You can call this service number over mobile or landline.
When I call I get this message...
'There is no connection for the number you have dialled. Please contact directory enquiries'

I only have one mobile...
There must be an alternative way of fixing this?

Sorry only phone. I can not understand why your mobile carrier don´t allow the free 0800 numbers. What mobile carrier you use?
o2.de...
I have tried both 0800 5251378 and 0049 800 5251378
I have connection when I call... The number just is not working for me.
Can someone from this department call me or is there an email I can use?

Did you have problems to reach any 0800 toll free number. Try to Telekom Service number 08003301000. Hang up if you can reach the number. Where did you have you mobile contract? At O2 direct (plan or prepaid) or a O2 carrier discounter.
Again. You must report your problem by phone. No moderator can raise a ticket here for you. After you have a ticket number they can help you here. Not before. Try to reach the hotline from the phone from a friend or neighbor. Again. The phone number ist complete free.

The service number 08003301000 works.
The first one doesn't.
My mobile contract is with o2 uk. My phone is connected to o2.de network right now.
Right now, I just feel like cancelling my SEPA and finding another DSL provider.

Ah. That is your problem. Because your carrier O2 Uk you are not allowed to call the some German toll free number 0800 number. Ok now I understand. And cancel the Sepa is the worst thing what you can do now. After this you are burned for all german Dsl and phone provider here in Germany. They exchange information from customer who stop to pay their bills. No one will make a contract in the future with you.
Again. Search for a German mobile or landline and make you Service ticket. You have sign a contract their this stand what you must have do if you have technical problems. Alternativ you can call the normal O2 Service Hotline under https://tel:+4989787979400 but I don’t know if they can help you.
And i strongly recommending to buy a German mobile card (prepaid) It can happen every day that we get a hard Brexit and you have normal roaming cost here in Germany.

Hello @@rochey2 ,
sorry to hear that you have trouble with your DSL landline. I assume you already tried everything that you can do yourself like for example verifying that all cables are plugged in firmly and correctly? Did you also try to reset the Fritzbox back to faxtory defaults and enter the internet credentials again?
Is there also maybe a new tenant in the house that you live in? That may hint to the ciscumstance that a technician connected a wrong cable by accident.
If everything else that I suggested above does not help at all a ticket with the DSL technical hotline is necessary. If you do not speak any german at all or do not have a german mobile contract I recommend to call with a friend of yours who eitehr speaks german or has a local mobile tariff so that the toll free number can be dialed.
Please excuse any inconvenience.
Regards,
Lars
