The technician came out yesterday to do sort out the port at my house however I am unable to connect to the internet. The power and wlan lights light up but not the DSL or internet lights. I have tried to call O2 but I do not speak German. When I try to set it up the modem says there is a wiring issue. Do I need to get the technician out again? I'm very frustrated as I had to wait over two months for a technician to come out in the first place. Can anyone help me?
