Hello! I'm an international exchange student and I hardly speak any German.



I've had O2 DSL service for about 6 months now. Two months ago I moved to a new apartment (in the same building and same street address) in the student's residence where I live. I tried contacting O2's customer service to inform the address change, but it was impossible. I tried for more than 3 weeks, I called many times and after waiting for 45 minutes nobody would pick up the phone. Until I finally gave up.



When I moved to my new apartment, I connected my O2 router to the phone socket on the wall and it just worked. So I guess the connection from the previous tenant was somehow still active. Until last Friday (18/08/2017 @ 00:05), when the service disconnected and I haven't had internet since then.



So, what should I do now? Any suggestions/guidelines? Later today I'll try to call the hotline and see if I can get to actually speak with someone and, most importantly, that we will be able to understand each other. But I'm not very optimistic about that. 



I hope it gets solved soon...
