DSL low speed

Dear O2.
Due to all period of using O2 DSL, I've experienced a huge drop of speed. Last month i've measured 4-5 Mbits download without load(only one device was connected), and 0.1-0.2 Mbits Upload. With 2 or more devices connected, speed could drop to 1 - 2 Mbits download.
In my contract(M maximum download speed 50 Mbits) it said, that minimal speed is 16Mbits for download. Is it possible to boost my speed at least above minimum?
I was expecting at least 20-30 Mbits download.

Hi @PavelMakin,
hm, in this case we unfortunately reached a point where we can not help you further here in this forum, since a technical trouble ticket is necessary. The connection itself is not very stable and resulting from this disconnects you may experience a low speed.
I recommend to call the technical service, you will find the phone number under step two here. Please call from a mobile since a restart of the router may be necessary in this call. If you do not speak any german I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does because we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
Regards,
Lars

Hello @PavelMakin,
I had a look at your coinnection. You are connected to a VDSL port that can and will reach 50MBit/s.
How are your devices connected to the DSL router? Are you using a wireless connection via wifi? If yes, please connect a computer via LAN cable and check the speed again, I recommend using this speed test.
If you recieve the full speed via LAN cable you will find several hints and tips to improve your wifi connection here.
I hope, this helps.
Regards,
Lars

Hello @PavelMakin,
the router is connected with the cable that came with the router? There is no additional cable or hardware like for example a DSL splitetr between the router and the TAE wall plug?
The speed indeed is quite low for this connection, since we ordered a 50MBit/s conection from the local provider and that connection has been delivered...

Lars

Hello @o2_Lars
There is direct wire from wall plug(DSL) to a router, there are no visible hardware in the house. Speed was like that all the time, hope to find a solution
