I would like to know how the installation of the DSL works?

As I work from 7am to 4pm how do O2 manage to install the DSL?? When I order the DSL is it possible to choose the time or the day? On weekend is possible?

when you order DSL you can choose between 2 time slots, 8 to 12 or 12 to 16 o´clock .

If you have enough informations of your previous tenant (complete name and telephone-number (landline)), which you can tell us, a technician isn´t necessary for activation.
