Hi there 02,



my wife and I ordered DSL via you for our new house in Bad Belzig. Please realise that each appointment is 6 hours waiting time - and I (try to) work from home. Plus it is a 3 hour round trip from our Berlin apartment to the new house.



So that is 9 hours each time - minimum, because once I wait till 8pm it's not very practical to come back again to Berlin.



Plus the train in each direction is €8.50.



We have had 5 appointments



That's 42ish hours of waiting so far - a full week of work lost. And €68 spent on trains back and forth.



Appointment 1:



The engineer came once, said it would work after he attached a socket to the wall.



I tried the router as soon as he left. When the socket is attached to the 02 router neither the DSL or Internet Lights show.



Appointment 2:



This was booked - so I travelled to Bad Belzig. But during my travels I was informed by a phone call that the appointment was cancelled and that you would fix the problem over the phone.



Your staff could not fix the problem over the phone and said you would send another engineer - it couldnt be the same day, so it was booked for the next day.



Appointment 3:



The engineer did not show up. They left a note on the account saying they could not find our house - but they didn't call either of our numbers which you have on record, I would have gladly come to the drive way and greet the engineer if they had called.



Appointment 4:



The same engineer who had found the house for Appointment 1 came to the house. He seemed to do a lot of work, checking a lot of things. And said that the cable between two buildings is probably broken, and that we will need another appointment to fix it. He said 02 would arrange the appointment.



Appointment 5:



The engineer did not come.



We have called your line almost every day. And we have now been told there is no report on the account. Does 02 know the problem the engineer found. Is someone actually planning to fix the problem he found? What are your estimates for us having internet at the house.



When will we get Appointment 6 - and what guarantees do you have that an engineer will show up?
