The local O2 store faxed off my address change 6 weeks ago. On May 1, I moved into my new apartment. My address has not been changed. I went to the local O2 store and they faxed off my new address again. I was told that it could take 20 days for their fail. I called 089 787979400 for English assistance, selected option 1 and was transferred to another menu.  Please assist.
