DSL Contract Cancellation Process

Hello Sir/Madam

I am staying in Wiesloch and having O2 DSL Contract which is Till 08/08/2018,Now i am moving to other land and want to cancel the contract.please let me know what is the process  for cancellation and how much i have to pay and where to pay.

please help.
