I have O2 DSL contract and kundennummer is XXXXXXXXXX. I want to cancel my contract from the end of Sept. I have sent written cancellation letter and my new employment contract in other city where I am going to move. Today I received a call from the person from O2, but I couldn't communicate properly as my german is not good. Could you please let me know the status of my contract ?

Just to update it, problem is solved. I realized later that you can find status in mein O2:


  • Mein DSL & Festnetz your_number
  • DSL-Auftragsstatus
. I found the solution from other question in the same community forums. My contract is successfully cancelled.
