Hello, I've got an email today (24/8/2018) from info@o2.com about a DSL contract that I've applied for in October 2017 which actually did not work after I went to O2 shop I was told that the contract was canceled by the company. Ofcourse I don, t need the contract now, but they are already on my way to making an appointment on 5/9 and I'm not in Germany before 7/9 so what can I do to cancel this contract.

as far as I can see you already sent a cancelation and should also have recieved an answer. As of bnow I can just ask for some patience, you will recieve further information soon.
