Today a O2 employee connected my DSL connection and informed me that the connection should work after a few minutes.
After several hours and several modem reboots I’m stuck at the PIN-code input field. When I enter the PIN-code it doesn’t accept it.
What do I need to do?

Hello Yohoho,
can you please try a power reset first: unplug the power cable (with the router switched on). Reconnect after about 30 Seconds. Wait until the DSL light is on constantly again. Please also check the cables for loose connections.
