DSL connection - new contract

Hi,
I have signed a contract in September for DSL. Two appointments have been made until now for someone to come and make the connection but nobody showed up. I have taken two days off because of this but still nobody showed up. Nobody gave me a call to give any explanation why this happened. I don't know what to do, I am tired to go to the shop all the time and ask what is happening, I have been there at least 5 times until now but no solution has been provided. The call center people do not want to speak english and hang up the phone when I try to speak. Please help me!

Hello,
I had a look into this. It seems to me that the DSL line is already activated so it was not necessary for a technician to show up in your flat.
Please connect the router that we sent you to the phone-plug in the wall and follow the short instruction of the router. Is an internet connection already possible?
If not, a new apointment with a technician is necessary, I recommend to contact the DSL hotline for this.
If you do not speak German at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so because we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
