Hey, I have waited nearly a month to activate my DSL. The guy came from Telekom like half an hour ago. Told me he needs to find where the signal comes from. I told him that I have just moved to the flat and I don't know it. Then he went out and then told me he is going to come back in 2 minutes. Then he came and told me maybe it is in the cellar, and I said we can go there. He told me I need to prepare it before he comes and my service provider should told me this. He told me he doesn't even have time for 5 minutes. And he just left. Can you please tell me how can i prepare to open cellar? Should I wait there for 3 hours before he comes? Should I need to wait another month to just activate an internet connection?
And I wanted to reach out hotline to ask what can i do, there I couldn't find English language selection. Then I tried the call the Alexa O2 shop where I signed the contract. They told me i can call them if i need any support at that time.
But today A guy answered my call and even he understood English perfectly, He just told me "no" when I asked for his help. He hang up the phone I was talking. And they never answered even though I called them 5-6 times. And I was talking English while buying an iPhone, mobile tarif and DSL from that shop.

A "no" is already racist for you?
The employees in the shop can not do much there ... you have to try it on the hotline.

It is actually. Especially when you are trying to tell him that you need help and he understands perfectly but just hangs up the phone while you are talking. And never answers back. They can just give me a number, a mail, a contact, right? If they want to help though.
Also you can read that , first I tried hotline.

I dont know why don't you get it. Those guys told me before if i have any questions I can ask them. (Obviously the on one didn't want to help me wasn't one of them.) And I was going to ask how can I get another appointment or is there an English customer service. Anyway I will try the link, thanks.
nevertheless: your cellar - your problem
Pardon me? I have access to cellar, and the guy just didn't have "enough time" to check it. Now I am just trying to find a way to book another appointment with an English service. Btw link you send doesn't include an appointment section or Google Translate is missing it?
