Hi, I realised that I was being double charged for my April bill (first deduction via prepaid credit on 05.04.19 and second deduction via SEPA on 11.04.19). When I realised that, I rejected the SEPA deduction via my online banking system.
I am very sure that the deduction via prepaid credit was successful as I received a message on that and when I logged into 'Mein O2', my plan is stated to be valid since 06.04.19.
I just received a message from O2 stating that due to my SEPA rejection, my prepaid account and SEPA arrangement has now been suspended.
Would appreciate if an O2 representative can help to advise and resolve this matter.
