hi. i ordered a phone via online store. i paid the the required amount as sent via email ( Guthaben-zahlung).. however it was twice deducted to my bank account. will the overpayment be sent back to my account? thank you

not automatically, but if you like we can transfer it back to your account. Otherwise it would just be deducted from your monthlys.
