I connected to my account using the o2online website and enabled my usual "tariff" Smart 1GB on 07/29 but on 07/30 was not enabled so I clicked again on "enable" thinking that the system is intelligent enough to avoid charging two times for enabling the same "tariff" but no, seems to be more interesting to charge multiple times 😜



How can I get my credit back for 1 of the double charging?

I just checked, apparently you deactivated the pack again right after activating it on the 29th. Maybe you tried to complete the general cancellation but deactivated it accidentally right after.



In any case, we have refunded 9,99 € back onto your prepaid card.
