Hello,

I have been additionally charged for the service I didn't order. Where can I address my complaint?

Before you send in a complaint unnecessarily, what additional services have been charged for?

Hello,

Thank you very much for your response. I have been charged for the additional data volume, which I didn't order and didn't use as well.

I will be glad for your advice who and how should I address. I would prefer email contact if possible.

My best

Jack

Do you mean additional data 2 or 3 euros each time? This is probably the "Datenautomatik" then, i.e. automatic additional data when you run out, up to 3x per month. This is part of your contract, but if you don't want this option it is possible to deactivate it in the customer portal (mein o2).

Thanks a lot! I deactivated it immediately. Thanks again ...

Take care!

Hello,

I have another problem with the current invoice. I have the following tariff:

O2 Blue All-in L (2015)

and I have EU Roaming flat included. I understood that I have all the roaming calls in the EU included. I have spent some time last month in Croatia and in Poland and suddenly I see on my current invoice that I have been charged for the calls I made from Croatia to the other EU countries.

Could you please advice me what should I do with such problem?

Cheers

Jack

The EU Roaming Flat includes calls from the EU-country you are in to Germany and calls within that EU-country. Calls to other countries are not included.

OK, thanks a lot!!

Hello mate!

I have another question: I have recently spent around 6 months out of EU (Serbia). ANd after those couple of months I have realised that O2 was invoicing me some strange charges to my bill. While being out of EU I have been using the local SIM card, so there were no calls from or to my German O2 number and the monthly bill was supposed consider only my monthly plan. But the reality was different. In total they overcharged me 30+ EUR. Is there any email address where I can send my complaint? Or should I do that only by the post? Or maybe visit some O2 POS?

I would be very grateful for your advise.

Cheers

Jack

Did you deactivate your mailbox during your stay in Serbia or at least the call diversion to it?

If not, you probably have to pay the incoming calls (because outside of EU) to Serbia and then additionally to the Mailbox (which is a call back to Germany, where the mailbox is located in the o2-system).

Hey,

Thanks a lot for your help!

Jack

Hello,
