Disconnecting DSL connection

Dear All,

I had sent the router & other accessories to them for disconnecting the DSL connection while leaving Germany along with the Deregistration letter as they requested. After 4 Months they have been deducting the monthly rental fee of Euro30. 

Please stop deducting the amount from my bank account & refund the amount deducted .
