I had (or still have) cotract with O2 for DSL internet. It was a contract that I can quit 1 month in advance. I was about to come back to my homecountry and 1 month in advance I went to o2 shop where I have got the contract and asked them how can I quit it. They game me mailing address where I should send official letter. I've done it and have got an email saying "we are sorry that you are quiting your contract with us, but we might be helpful in the future... bla... bla... bla". I though it worked. In 2 month I found that o2 charged me, which shouldn't have happend. I am not in Germany anymore, however I tried to call o2 call center, but when I type my phone number, automatic reply says that it does not exist. But I used this number to call before and it worked! Now they are charging me and I can't do anything about it. There is no way to reach o2. This month I've got an email saying that o2 will change 83.99 euro from my bank account in a few days, but I was paying 29.99 every month!!! Why they are still changing me and why 83 euro?
How should I proceed in this case? My Vertragsnummer is DE15142152.
