The DHL package with the hardware for the DSL installation hasn't been delivered and it has the following status:





XXXXXXXXXX



What can I do about this? Can o2 contact them and let me know what's going on?



They didn't try to deliver it as I was home on Saturday all day long and my apartment building is clearly identified with my last name in both the mailbox AND the buzzer. I've ordered stuff that was delivered by Hermes Group and they've found it just fine.



Please let me know what I should do.

Hello @Datkros,

I had a look into your DSL connection which is up and running and looks stable and shows no sign of disconnects. I assume, your question could already be answered?
