Hi,

I did a bank transfer in order to pay o2 bill. My payment for o2 bill was booked by bank system at 30.09. For some reasons it stays as a debt on o2 site. Could you please verify these? Kundennummer-xxxxxxx54,Bezahlung
d er Rechnung.
Rechnungnummer-1900346 932/05

    did you mention your customer number in the "Verwendungszweck" field? It's mandatory to track the payment if you paid by bank transfer.

    yes, I did. I have mentioned Kundennummer and Rechnungnummer. Can you please verify this in your system?
