I would like to cancel O2 contract as soon as possible before leaving from Germany on 26th May 2017. But I can only de-registrate from Bürgeramt of Regensburg only 1 week before 26th May 2017.
My questions are
1). Which documents can I use to cancel the contract instead of de-registration from Bürgeramt?
2.) If I cannot use another document instead of de-registration from Bürgeramt, is it possible to cancel the contract on the same day I send the de-registration from Bürgeramt? Because I have already faxed O2 cancelling form and a copy of my passport (the address is given where I am planning to live).

no, another form is not possible. It's only working with the deregistration paper of your current place of residence.
We can not confirm that the contract gets deactivated right away when you hand it in.
But we can take care of it that it happens faster, when you send it to us via this community as soon as you have it (via private messages), we can take care of it.

I explain to you how it works:
- click on your own Username on top of the page, right corner. In that new window you open "Mein Stream und Aktivitäten"
- in that new window click on "Mein Stream"

- there you have to click on "Nachricht senden" (sending message)
- put in o2_Support as the addressee und right next to the "Absenden" (sending) button you find the icon to attach a picture.
