My contract has 20gb of mobile data per month but 13 days ago it suddenly stopped, at around 4gb. I got an sms saying I’d used up all my data. I phoned o2 and was told this was a mistake, and it would take a few days for an engineer to fix it. Now, a week and a half later I still don’t have high speed data. 



Can one of the support staff please find out what’s gone wrong and see if it can be fixed? The person on the phone also said i could get compensation once the error was fixed..

It’s been a few days now, is there any chance of some help here please? The new month starts in a few days so the problem will „fix“ itself, until it happens again the next month. And I’m going on holiday soon so need the data back to the correct 20gb per month, I would also appreciate a gesture from o2 to make up for not having any data this last few weeks (I can’t even check my emails or the news when I’m at work, it’s so slow! Really really inconvenient)

If someone did something on my behalf then thankyou. The data came back soon after the last message. However I would appreciate confirmation that the problem won’t reappear in August.
