Hi,



I have the 500 MB data pack which is usable within the EU as below. There seems to be a few MB left but I have arrived in Finland and the data roaming doesnt seem to work. It has worked before during my last trips in the EU, but I am not sure why it is not working now. Can you please check or advise if I have to reconfigure something on my phone? The data roaming and mobile data options are both switched on. It worked fine in Germany this morning.. I will be here for a week and it would be horrible to not have the service I paid for!

I suppose that there are no MBs left. Mein o2 does not show the current  consumption of the data, but is in general updated a bit delayed.



Let me rephrase- I am sure that there are a few 100 MB left. I keep track of my usage regularly. In the morning of the 19th when I was in Germany, I can use the data fine. The problem was when I landed in Finland just a few hours after and I cant access internet, even after enabling roaming data and restarting phone etc. I tried on two different android phones and it still didnt work. My question is that do I have to reconfigure something to make it work e.g. Access Point.
