Hello!



I ordered an O2-DSL 6 months back using my prepaid account, but later cancelled. However, once I received the news that, the order has been cancelled, my data and tariff access got disabled in both "mein.o2.de" and the android "mein O2" app. The app will no longer login, always the same error "Die Daten konnten nicht gelden werden. (502)". I uninstalled it and reinstalled a few times, but always the same.



I checked in the "mein.o2.de" portal, and found that, my personal data(Address/name etc) and tariff section do not load anymore. It is marked with an error "Ihre Daten koonten nicht geladen werden. .... " as you can see from the screenshot.







I tried with other browsers(Firefox/Opera/Microsoft Edge), but same error.



This is very frustrating, because I moved to a new house but cannot update my contact address.



Also, I cannot change my tariff anymore!



Ordinarily, I'd throw away this sim-card and buy a new one as it is prepaid, but this number is used everywhere and it'd be real pain to update everyone with a new number. So I think this should be resolved.



Someone please take a look into this issue.
