Is it possible to get some customer support in English?



I have an open DSL order with a problem and I need to speak to someone about it. I cannot find a "hotline" number to call as mentioned on the DSL order status page.

From o2 Mobil: 55222 (20 ct/per call)



But remember that only a few number of supporters are speak english and at first you need to understand german because of a german speaking terminal voice.
