Hello , please i have some problem. Please i mistakenly ordered two contract SIM cards which i didn't know how the contract was about because of the language and they have stayed with me for almost two months, one of the sim is activated but the other one is still in the package as i was posted to me, please i was sent a bill of almost 100€ last month which i found it hard before getting it and now another one has come almost 90€, i only used internet when am outside and only call within Germany once in a two days but the bill is really giving me problem because am not working, am an asylum seeker here in Germany so can i please cancel this two contracts with the numbers: 0176XXXXX148 and 0176XXXXX853.I have already send fax and post to the o2 office but still waiting for answer. Please can i also cancel the contracts online by myself or it is possible to get cancellation? Thanks

I am really sorry to say this but a cancellation is only possible at the normal runtime end after 24 months. Something else is not possible.
Your invoices for the number 01762xxxxxx8 were so high because of several calls to other countries and also because of payments you made with the phone in the Google Play Store. Everything of that you can find in your itemised bill. If you have any questions please write here the point/ invoice item that you don't understand and we can explain that to you.
And for the other number with the 01762xxxxxx3 it is only the normal basic fee that has been charged. Even if you do not use the sim card it gets automatically activated after 3 weeks.
Do you know a friend or anyone who needs a contract and who could use it?
