Hello Team,

I am using O2 postpaid sim (blue basic) since October 2014 for a contract period of 2 years. I am aware that if I need to cancel my plan I need to inform to O2 before 3 months. Hereby I would like to enquire the procedure for cancellation of my O2 postpaid sim. Kindly let me know if you need any details from my end.

Send a letter to o2 informing them that you would like to terminate the contract at the end of the current term. If your contract started in October 2014 and you have not changed anything since, the current term will end in October 2017. Your letter of termination needs to reach o2 at least 3 months beforehand (e.g. if contract ends on 10th October, you need to give notice by 10th July).

Dear Jessica,

As instructed I have sent the requested letter to the above-mentioned address. Kindly could you please acknowledge it. Additionally, since I am on a vacation to india for about 2.5 months I have no access to attend the German calls for the number 17680865651.

 

So kindly please cancel my existing O2 contract.  Kindly don't call to my O2 number as I can't attend it, so please write an email in case of any information. Also, I have marked an online termination of the contract through O2 online portal.
