Hi Pedro,
sorry, I can't answer the question, but you could change your address before sending the letter.
Then you definitely won't have any problems.
Kind regards,
Alex
Hi @Pedro Pasquotto Vaia,
thanks for your request.
The most important thing is the address where you send the documents to:
Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Kundenbetreuung
90345 Nürnberg
If you have different addresses of sender on your letters, this does not bother us as far as we find your data in our system.
At the moment, we did not yet receive any documents from you. When did you send the letter?
I look forward to your reply.
Loving greetings,
Tobias

That's not the problem he described. Telefonica has a different address stored in the database than is printed on his "Abmeldung".

Hello both!
I got in touch with the O2 Hotline service. They said that there is no problem on it and to make the cancelation faster, I just musted only send the copy of my Abmeldung with the cancellation letter to the e-mail impressum@cc.o2online.de. (A notification of the landlord confirming my new residence in a foreign contry - this wasn't necessary)
Example of the letter: https://static2.o9.de/blob/12985654/v=4/Binary/contract-cancellation-moving-abroad-download.pdf
Should I do something else? I'm following the steps that o2 gave me. I have until Thursday here in Germany and I'd like to receive a confirmation that my o2 contract will be over.
Please, let me know what should I do.
Thank you a lot in advance.

Hello,
I received an answer from O2 (impressum@cc.o2online.de) that I still need to send my "notification of the landlord confirming my new residence in a foreign contry". However, I'm going to back to live with my parents and I don't specifically have one. What are my options to this case?
I'm really confuse due to I received one answer from the O2 Hotline and now another per e-mail.
I want to end this asap.
Hi @Pedro Pasquotto Vaia,
good to see that our colleagues could help you out so far. But the thing is: we cannot guarantee that communication to that email account will always be sufficient and we cannot guarantee that any mail with attachments sent to that account will be forwarded to the people in charge.
Which is why it is strongly recommended that you sent the missing document to the postal address mentioned above.
If you do not have a notification of a landlord maybe there is a registration document that you're a citizen of the country you're moving to. Also an employment contract or a certificate of enrollment at a university or anything like that would suffice.
Once you've sent this in, the date of the termination of your contract will be set to the newest date possible.
After the contract has actually ended, you will get a final bill with the fee to be paid for the early termination of contract, and as soon as that is paid, your contract has ended.
Best regards,
Jan.
