Contract termination

Dear customer service,

I had left Germany last December and requested to stop my contract on October. You are still charging the bill even though my mobile number is not available any more. Please make it double and let me know what happened. FYI, I had two numbers one for me and the other one for my wife (01*********05). Thanks in advance.

thanks for your message.

@stefanniehaus already gave you the information about the cancellation because of moving abroad. Please fill out this document and send us the requested documents.

Until now your contracts with the number -204 and -205 at the end will be terminated on 10th October 2019.
