Hello, I have a problem with terminating my phone contract. I have to cancel my phone contract because I was leaving Germany to study in another country. So I cancelled my O2 contract in September via phone call and the lady on the phone told me that she can help me to get out of my contract, as long as I send a written termination letter and Abmeldebestätigung. I did that and later I received a confirmation from O2 about the termination. However, I have already left Germany now. Why am I still receiving bills for my contract? Could you help me with it?
