Contract started - but NO Sim card and phone received

Hello, I've set up a contract wth DeinHandy who they were supposed to send me the sim and phone, but it's been more than 2 weeks and they don't reply to my emails. I've already been charged for my O2 contract but I can't use it, as I don\t have a card and phone.. This is a big problem.. Please advice me on what to do next. Thank you

in this case I suggest you contact the "DeinHandy" customer service (https://www.deinhandy.de/kontakt), because we have no data about your order from DeinHandy. :/

did you try it via social media? The reaction time is pretty fast and you should get help there via facebook. 😉
