Please, I need help with this, an operator from o2 cancelled a contract that I did by mistake, within the legal period.



I don't want to pay for a number that don't ever use it. Customer service it's annoying, I can't stay 30 minutes hanging on the phone waiting to nothing.



Please, can someone from o2 help me with this?

I wanted to switch my tariff, and by mistake I contracted a new telefon number, within the legal period I canceled it, but I'm still receiving the monthly invoices from a number I've never used.

it's about the mobile number ending with the 253, right?



You have it since the 4th of October, which is active since the 8th of October and after that there is no message relating to a revocation. The only thing is that you did the online cancellation marking and confirmed that at the 24th of November of November. That is a normal cancellation, no revocation.

Yes, it's about the number ending with the 253, which I didn't use a single Mb or a call... I don't even get a sim card. I talked with an o2 operator to cancel this as I did it by mistake, the 16th October, and he told me "No problem, everything it's solved, you're within the legal period, you don't need to worrie about it" and now I'm still paying 60 euros per month for a number that I don't use. Please I need to get rid of this.
