hello , i have tired to call o2 customer service but every time i was kept in hold for nearly 10 minutes is there any communication mode to talk to o2 customer service. email or any other source.

    o2 doesn't offer customer support via e-mail. Alternatively to the hotline you can use our chat: https://www.o2online.de/chat-ui/chat.html
