Halo, my contract will end in 10 days. I went to the customer service in O2 shop but he wasnt really helpful about what should I do to process my cancellation. Could you send me the form of cancellation and address to whom I should send the letter to?

Mobile contracts don't end by themselves. They have to be cancelled at least three months before the end of their term. You're late now, so that the contract has already prolonged itself automatically for a another year.



I'm sorry I explained incorrectly. I mean, it will end in December and I only have 10 days left before it prolonged. I am wondering what I should do now because the customer service in the shop only told me to send letter to Nurnberg but didn't show any address or what kind of letter that I should write ☺️
