Hi!



My new o2 DSL connection is causing me some headaches.



I'd love a little bit of help with the following points.



Last October (2016) I ordered  "DSL All-in L Try & Buy". What a great package! The change over from my old provider was going to happen in March 2017.



This March we agreed to lower the speed of the package from 50 MBit/s to 16.



Aktuell können wir Ihnen aus technischen Gründen leider keinen Highspeed-Internetanschluss zur Verfügung stellen. Alternativ ist die Bereitstellung eines günstigeren ADSL-Produktes mit bis zu 16 Mbit/s möglich.



OK, I said.



In Mai it was turned on. From 16 MBit/s I get 5-6MBit/s. Not the best, but acceptable.



Now Telekom have finished digging up the roads round here and suddenly 100MBit/s should be possible!



Can I please get:




  1. My original package (50 MBit/s for 6 months at the original price of 29,99€ (14,99€ for the first 6 months))
  2. If not that, then can you speed me up to get more than 5 MBit/s (previous contract was also 16MBit/s but I got 9,5MBit/s)
  3. And a refund/explanation for the price of my connection? At the time of ordering I was prepared to pay 29,99€ for a 50MBit/s connection; I was then told I would get a günstiger product at a slower speed… and now I get a slower speed but still pay the same (and have not had the first 6 months reduced).



Perhaps there is another alternative? The technology works great so far, it's just my expectations have not been met and I'd like to see what can be done about it.

Mittlerweile habe ich mit Kundenservice gesprochen und wir haben eine mögliche Lösung gefunden.
