Contract cancelled online on meine O2 by mistake

I cancelled my O2 contract by mistake online. How can I undo it ? Also can I get my money back if they charge me for cancelling the contract ?

It is not possible to cancel a contract by a mere click. Online you can only announce your wish to cancel and then in the next step have to call a special o2-phone-number in order to make the cancellation perfect. Unless you call there, you don't cancel. Did you make such a phone call?

By the way, cancelling a contract does not cause any costs.
